Our personalized marching drill generally requires six to eight weeks from the time we receive your:

• Complete numbered score
• Director-Group Information Survey (done on line to save you time)
• Photo/Video of your group
• Signed contract with payment

We will provide any or all of the following by email to make teaching and learning our drill efficient and enjoyable:

• Original Pyware 3D File of your show
• Animation video
• Copies of the drill in pdf format from the director’s perspective
• Student coordinate sheets in pdf
• In addition we can send at your request by FedEx a complete set of drill charts and or student coordinate sheets at a small additional charge.

We understand it’s often difficult to know your exact instrumentation prior to summer rehearsals. There are however many techniques we can use in design to make adjustments later without greatly changing what has already been written. Feel free to ask us about them!

Rewrites due to changes of instrumentation are possible based on our volume of work at the time. The amount of change and where we are in production of your drill will also determine if there will be a fee.

We value the opportunity to work with your group in a rehearsal setting and is included at no cost for those in state.
